Mark is the managing director of Access Home Care and Travel. Since 2018 he has worked closely with all his clients as a Support Worker, many of his clients whom we are still supporting to this day. We credit this to Mark’s ability to providing tailored supports to each client and responding to client feedback, so they are leading the life they choose. He works hand in hand with support coordinators, client’s and their families to ensure that each client’s needs are met.
Sylvia joined Access Home Care in 2021 as a Support Worker before moving into the role of Manager. With a passion for supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the community, Sylvia oversees client services and strives to ensure support staff provide the highest level of care and service. She looks forward to welcoming new participants and supporting them to achieve their goals.
