Our Services

What We do

Access Home Care provides tailored Supported Independent Living, Independent Living, and respite arrangements for NDIS participants. We offer flexible stays—from short-term to long-term—and can source and set up accommodation in your preferred location.

Our SIL homes are staffed 24/7 with trained Support Workers and Registered Nurses, giving you the assistance you need while building skills to live more independently. Each arrangement is tailored to your individual circumstances, goals, and NDIS plan.

Daily Living Support

Cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, and medication management — provided with care and consistency.

Community Access

Transport to day programs, appointments, and activities so you stay connected to life outside the home.

Skill Development

We focus on building each participant’s independence so you can grow into the life you choose.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite

Take a well-earned break. Our STA packages cover meals, daily activities chosen by you, and a safe, supportive environment — perfect for participants and carers alike. We also offer Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) for those transitioning between placements.

NDIS Funding — Core Supports Category 1

To access SIL supports, you’ll need SIL funding approval within your NDIS plan, listed under Core Supports (Category 1 – Daily Supported Living). Not sure if you’re eligible? We can help you navigate your options.

For participants who want to live more independently, Access Home Care also offers Independent Living Arrangements. This service is designed for people who prefer their own space while still receiving tailored support to manage daily life confidently.
